Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All prices and Figures are listed in GBP
We DO NOT charge any Membership.

Processing, order cut-off time, and transit time:
In general, orders take between one and two business days to process.

Three to Five business days (Monday through Friday) is the estimated transit time within the United Kingdom. (Transit time refers to the amount of time it takes for a carrier to transport an item from a supplier to a customer.)

Handling time: 1-2 days (Monday - Friday)
Transit time: 3-5 days (Monday - Friday)

Order cut-off will be at 5:00 p.m.(Monday through Friday)

That implies that if you place an order after 5 p.m., it won't be processed until the following business day.

Change of address:
We cannot change the delivery once it is in transit. If you need to change the address to deliver you order, please, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at

Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellation at any time before the order has been despached. If an order has already despached, please, refer to our Refund Policy

Parcels Damaged In Transit.
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit. If possible, please, reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please, contact customer service with the next steps.

You will be provided with a Tracking Number Via Email after your Purchase. Wait for handling.

We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched, and you can track your order from our Store Directly!

Dispatch times are product dependent, when placing your order, we display on the product page an estimated dispatch date - these dates included are to be used as an indicator - actual timescales may differ due to events and conditions outside of our control 

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you provided when you placed your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.

If your item has been despatched on not tracked Post delivery service and you have not received your order within 15 working days from the date of dispatch, before we can move forward with a resolution it is important that you check with your local sorting office to see if they have a parcel held for you - just make sure you take one form of ID to confirm your identity (even if you have not received a calling card notification from your postman).

Some postal addresses may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.   

If you do not receive products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at support@supergiftonline.com You must contact us within 28 days of the order date to avoid any further disappointment.
   
In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by any courier, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.    
   
We reserve the right to request customer wait up to 15 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing any undelivered item. Once again this is because we do not provide the delivery service, therefore, the responsibility of the order transfers to the courier or supply partner transporting your item.
