But instead received a different coffee hamper than the one I ordered. I contacted supergift and I have had no reply. It says on their contact page "guaranteed response in one working day" but it has now been 5 days and still no reply.
Spent £43.97 to receive the wrong item and to be ignored when I ask to be sent back and refunded.
